If you're unhappy with your product, within 30 days of your original purchase date, we will send out a replacement product of your choice (of comparable value), or we will honor a full refund.
This satisfaction guarantee is only available for purchases made from authorized sellers or directly from the Natural Farm's website. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser. At its discretion, Natural Farm may verify information and request a valid proof of purchase in order to ensure the validity of a Guarantee request. Natural Farm reserves the right to decline any requests if it suspects fraud or abuse of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
- Please note that we do not offer refunds for orders in which customers have forgotten to apply a promotional code during the checkout process. It is essential to ensure that all applicable promo codes are entered correctly at the time of purchase, as we are unable to honor retroactive adjustments or provide refunds for missed discounts. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before finalizing payment to ensure the accurate application of any available promotional offers.
- If a customer requests a refund but has changed their credit card since the date of purchase, we regret to inform you that we can only provide a store credit as a refund to a new credit card is not a viable option.

If 30 days have elapsed, we will not process an exchange, refund, or return.
Please also keep in mind that once your order is processed, we may be unable to make changes to it before shipment occurs, but please notify us of any potential mistakes ASAP and we will do our best to resolve the issue ahead of time.
Request an exchange, refund, or return:
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for your exchange, refund, or return request. For exchanges, please also let us know which comparably priced product you are interested in receiving instead.
Once your email is received, we will respond within 48 business hours (holidays excluded) with confirmation of whether we will approve or deny your request. If a refund is approved, once processed, you should see the funds back in your account within 5-7 business days on average. If a return is approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid return label to send the item(s) back.
NOTE: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and fully sealed.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 5-7 business days, please be sure to check your bank account again. If it still isn't showing, contact your bank directly as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
