Very thin batch

I have to say we caught a thin batch. I had to keep an eye on my ridgeback because she mowed through them. Hoping for thicker next time.

Disappointed

These are labeled as extra thick but they were very thin, my Bulldog destroyed one in about 5 minutes. Have ordered these before and was satisfied but now it’s really hit or miss on thickness when you order. I complained and they rectified the issue immediately so I will give customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but QC needs to do a better job.

Not odor free

The past shipments were as ordered "odor free" but this shipment was not.

The safety and satisfaction of our customers and their furry companions are our utmost priorities at Natural Farm. Please rest assured that we send all of our product batches to a lab where they are tested for contamination (such as salmonella) to ensure their quality prior to distributing them to our valued customers. These batches are put into quarantine for a two-week period while we await lab results before we release them for fulfillment.

However, we cannot speak to what may have occurred to the product during transit. There is always a possibility that the bag may have become punctured in shipment, and thus the bag may have become contaminated under these sorts of circumstances. Furthermore, as soon as the bag is opened, the treats are handled, and they touch the floor, this also opens them up to contamination.
