Puppy love is in the air this Valentine’s Day, and as you think of your most loved and cherished people, don’t forget one of your most important valentine—your dog!
Not sure how to make the day special for your number-one companion? We put together a few ideas on ways owners can shamelessly celebrate Valentine's Day with their four-legged friends.
A Box of Goodies
The equivalent to a box of chocolates for a dog is an assorted goodies box using nutritious bones and treats. Natural Farm creates all-natural dog treats and chews that are farmed responsibly and crafted with care from local suppliers of free-range, grass-fed cattle. With a variety of options, you’ll find the perfect chew to give your dog a tasty Valentine’s Day.
We recommend a few of our best-selling products, such as our Chicken Feet which are perfect for light to medium chewers and include a rich source of glucosamine and chondroitin for joint health; Bully Sticks are best for medium chewers that support dental health and help stimulate jaw muscles; and extra-thick Filled Dog Bones that are great for large breeds and include a natural source of calcium and the best part, it comes in a variety of filled flavors such as beef, peanut butter, and bacon and cheese.
Natural Farm makes a variety of other treats that are great for puppies, senior dogs, dogs with dental issues, and hard chewers.
Love Language: Physical Touch
It’s a no-brainer that almost every dog’s love language is physical touch, so make sure they feel extra love this Valentine’s Day with lots of pats and belly rubs. They’ll be sure to give you lots of good feelings back!
Puppy Play Date
Anything better than young, puppy love? Get together with your pup’s friends for a fun-filled puppy play date that will make them burst with joy as they run and chase the other loves in their life.
Take a Walk
Get some exercise! Take your dog on their favorite walking path or trail to get outside and spend some quality, outdoor time together in the fresh air.
Cuddles, Cuddles & More Cuddles
Not sure what to do to celebrate the day of love, a simple solution is a big cuddle with your pups. You can just sit with them as they cuddle next to you while they (and you!) get the love needed for the day.
Give Love to Homeless Pups
If you’re feeling extra generous, you can put together a few donations for your local animal shelter. Visit your local shelter’s website to find out what some of their needed items are—most have an Amazon page for easy purchasing! They’re almost always looking for peanut butter (without xylitol), large kongs, and important supplies like beds and supplements.

About Natural Farm
In 2018, after years of searching for high-quality, natural dog treat products, we decided to bring them to the market ourselves. That’s how Natural Farm was born—we wanted to present the industry with what it lacked the most: natural dog chews, treats, and bones, sustainably sourced from local suppliers and produced in our own human-grade, FDA- and USDA-approved facilities, where every product is lab tested for quality and contamination.
Natural Farm is committed to pets, people, and the planet. We give back to communities and pets in need, support reforestation efforts and nonprofits, and our products are packaged using recycled materials.
