I use a bully stick holder, and the large bottom end and angled bully sticks only fit halfway into the bully stick holder, and I have the largest size holder. My dogs like them, but half the bully stick is wasted when it can only be pushed partway into the holder.
My subscription is for “Extra Thick” bully sticks and the past 2 deliveries have just been regular bully sticks. The Sku number on the package indicates that they should be extra thick, but the actual packaging doesn’t reflect that. I have bought dozens of bags of bully sticks from your company and this is a new development. It is especially egregious considering I am paying for extra thick bullies. How can we ensure this isn’t the practice going forward? Thank you.
