Good sticks quick service but what I noticed is every bag I get the 5 pack extra thick bully sticks there are always 3 medium size and 2 large good size sticks. Pretty weird the same in every bag but still good sticks just wish they were all large ones they last much longer then the medium ones

I have ordered the same product from natural farms before. I stopped ordering last time.Because this was happening. It seems like the first order I get from you when I order extra thick/jumbo bully sticks, they come extra thick and jumbo! I wish I would have took a picture of those compared to these! For the amount of money you pay for extra thick and jumbo I cannot believe you are passing these off to be that size.These are barely even called thick.I would just call them average. I need the extra thick/jumbo because I have a 140# mastiff puppy. I just timed him going through one of these, and it took him 10 min! When I got the right size, it at least gave him a good 30 min of chew time.This is really a waste of money.I wish I could get the proper size.All the time. I keep trying and order hoping I'll get lucky and getbthe extra thick/ jumbo ones that I order, but I keep getting these sad, thin ones i'm not sure I will order again.It's just alot of money to waste.

These are the best bully sticks I've found. They're thick, no odor, and my 8 month old lab loves them. She actually will eat her breakfast and wait for me to do what I need to do and then she sits by where I keep the bully sticks haha. When I walk over, she looks up at the counter and back at me... I have been purchasing about 10 count packsnof twelve inch extra thick bully sticks from either Amazon subscription or your website for about five years. Sometimes the orders do not appear to really contain extra thick bully sticks. Some are quite narrow, and our goldendoodle is finished using one in 10 minutes. Sometimes the orders are excellent and my dog can have have 4 ten minute sessions on a chew stick. . I thought maybe it was because I was ordering your product through Amazon, but I now have orders from you here that are also not as thick as they should be. I realize this is a natural product and you cannot control it completely, but I do think the packaging does not always reflect the product inside. I would appreciate hearing your thoughts or advice on ordering extra thick bully sticks. The photos show our dog in action and The bully sticks in our order and what was left of two of them after chewing for 10 minutes break. One bully stick was completely gone in 10 minutes.

The photo attached shows, on the left, the thickness of what is left over of a stick from the order received 2 weeks ago. It was not extra large. The stick on the right is left over from an order purchased from Amazon. FYI, I take the sticks away from my dog when they get too short so she doesn’t choke. Because we couldn’t always get extra large from Amazon, I set up a subscription straight from natural farm. In the second delivery from that subscription I receive sticks that were not as advertised. These were not extra large bully sticks. I will be receiving the third order soon and if it’s the same problem, I’ll be canceling my subscription and return returning the product after I post another review to report how this next shipment goes. My dog likes these a lot, but this was very disappointing for such an expensive item.
Most of the bully sticks that came were Not even close to extra large however they were labeled as such. Extremely disappointed. It’s almost like they filled this bag with “extra large rejects“, eg the bully sticks that weren’t big enough to be characterized as “extra large”. Normally the Extra large are as advertised. Unfortunately, not this time.
My pup and I love these bully sticks! When she is extra crazy in these evenings these will keep her busy and not chewing things she should not be chewing. This brand seems to last the longest and the no odor is a game changer. I only wish they would stay in stock so I could buy more!
